1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soshable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Soshable is an AI-powered social media management platform that generates, schedules, and publishes social media content based on your website. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create posts, captions, and designs tailored to your brand.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial

Soshable offers a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial period, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not select a plan, your account will be paused but your content will be preserved.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Credits included in your plan reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused plan credits do not carry over. Credits purchased through top-up packs do carry over and do not expire.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights; impersonate any person or entity; distribute spam or unsolicited content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide to the Service (your website content, uploaded images, etc.). AI-generated content created through Soshable is licensed to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to your social media accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soshable is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
